Breguet unveils its brand-new Bangkok store

Breguet Thailand welcomed watch enthusiasts to its newest boutique at the elegant Mandarin Oriental Bangkok Hotel for the debut of the latest in Classique 7337 Calendar, Classique Dame 8068 and Reine de Naples 8918 lines.

The Classique Dame 8068, 30mm, stands out with its contemporary dial and bezel and lugs set with 64 diamonds. In 18-carat gold, it has a self-winding movement, a natural mother-of-pearl dial, and is hand-engraved on a rose engine. With a sapphire caseback, it is water-resistant to 3 bar (30m).

Available with three interchangeable straps. One is in black satin fabric, and two are in colourful alligator: teal blue and Byzantium purple for the white gold version, peacock blue and raspberry pink for the rose gold version. A rapid interchange system allows the wearer to quickly and independently switch from one strap to another.

The Reine de Naples 8918 collection is inspired by an early bracelet watch A L Breguet created for Bonaparte’s sister Caroline, Queen of Naples. Breguet’s watchmakers have created a symbol of feminine refinement in a contemporary jewellery watch. In 18-carat gold, its bezel, dial flange and crown are set with 118 diamonds, approx. 0.94ct. The off-centred chapter ring has Breguet Arabic numerals. Self-winding movement. Sapphire caseback. Water-resistant to 3 bar (30m). Dimensions: 36.5 x 28.45mm. Available in white gold, rose gold or yellow gold with a silvered gold dial, hand-engraved on a rose engine and partly in natural white mother-of-pearl.

Available in rose gold with dial in champagne-coloured Tahitian natural mother-of-pearl and partly in natural white mother-of-pearl, hand-engraved on a rose engine; in white gold with white or black “grand feu” enamel; in white gold with bezel, dial flange and crown set with 136 rubies, approx. 1.34ct.

The Classique 7337 Calendar retains the strong codes that have forged the brand’s history and exemplify the watchmaking ideals of precision, clarity and elegant lines. In 18K white or rose gold, the movement shows the date, day and phases of the moon. And comes with a Seconds subdial and a sapphire caseback. Its off-centre chapter ring is striking. The 39mm watch is water-resistant to 3 bar (30m). Available with different hand-engraved dials in gold, including a blue version on the white gold model. The midnight blue strap is paired with the white gold case, and a mysterious brown with the rose gold version.
